Step 1: schedule
Choose your preferred date and time for your appointment. Make sure you provide your email address in the appointment notes box when scheduling. You will receive an email invoice to secure your appointment.
Step 2: Deposit
Once scheduled, your $100 deposit is due. The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment. Once the deposit is paid, your appointment time is saved.
Step 3: form
All paperwork will need to be completed at the studio during your appointment. The form is password protected to ensure it is completed in-person at your appointment.
